3. “Love Generation” – Bob Sinclair

“Just look to the rainbow you will see, the sun will shine ’till eternity I’ve got so much love in my heart. No one can tear it apart. Feel the love generation.” A French record producer and house music DJ, Bob Sinclair took a break from creating club hits to write this impactful song that considers how you can spread love to everyone you meet.

4. “You Make My Dreams” – Hall & Oates

5. “We are Young” – Fun

Tonight, we are young, so let’s set the world on fire. We can burn brighter than the sun.”A slower jam than some of the others on the list, this song by the aptly named band Fun encourages listeners to live in the moment. Just be careful if you take their advice to “set the world on fire.”

6. “On Top of the World” – Imagine Dragons

I’ve had the highest mountains, I’ve had the deepest rivers, you can have it all but life keeps moving. I take it in but don’t look down. ‘Cause I’m on top of the world.” This is the kind of song that you play when you’re starting out on a big road trip with your best friends. Or, alternatively, when you’re looking to let it all out and dance alone in your room.

7. “Just Can’t Get Enough” – Depeche Mode

And when it rains, you’re shining down for me, and I just can’t get enough,  I just can’t get enough.” Who doesn’t love a little electric piano paired with upbeat 80s rhythms? Depeche Mode truly delivers with this somewhat repetitive yet endlessly fun chart-topping classic.
