The National Parent Helpline
The National Parent Helpline has many specific areas of focus, including help for mothers, fathers, for parents of children of certain age groups, for those with health and mental health questions, and those with questions around basic needs, tutoring, and personal safety, among others.

Hopeline (Crisis Chat Line)
Hopeline provides confidential services to support people in times of crisis. The organization is run by volunteers who answer calls and help with crisis intervention, non-judgemental active listening, resolution discussion, and resource referrals.

Nicasa Behavioral Health Services
Nicasa is a non-profit organization that helps families in need by offering advocacy counselling, resource referrals, education, and crisis support. The only requirement is that your children be 18 years or younger.

Parent Help Line through St. John’s Children’s Hospital
St. John’s Hospital offers a hotline for parents for parents who want to learn more about positive parenting. The call center is run by volunteers who will listen without judgement, offer support and help to solve problems.

Information Children has a hotline for parents who are having life or parenting problems. The helpline is staffed with experienced and caring parent educators who will provide support, offer problem-solving suggestions, and connect you with resources and other professionals.
